The District Council is comprised of all Club Presidents, Vice Presidents Education and District Leaders or their proxies.Our Fall District 31 Business Meeting is during the Conference:

I encourage you to attend or to send a proxy; this is your prime opportunity as a club officer to participate in the business of the district. Proxies must bring completed form to Credentials Desk before the business meeting.

Context about the Business Meeting:
We have approximately 200 paid clubs in our District, meaning 400 voting council members + 69 district leaders = 469 voting members of the District Council.  Show up and represent your club! Register and attend the Fall Conference.

It’s your responsibility to review the documents above – you’ll be voting to approve them. We have a lot to get through and not a lot of time, so we can enjoy the other parts of the conference. Please connect with me to get clarification and details so we can limit debate at the meeting itself.
