Dear District Council Members,

The District Council is comprised of all Club Presidents, Vice Presidents Education and District Leaders or their proxies.

Our Spring 2018 District 31 Business Meeting is during the Conference:

May 12, 2018

I encourage you to attend or to send a proxy; this is your prime opportunity as a club officer to participate in the business of the district. Proxies must bring completed form to Credentials Desk before the business meeting.

Context about the Business Meeting:
We have approximately 180 active clubs in our District, meaning 360 voting council members + 69 district leaders = 429 voting members of the District Council.  Show up and represent your club! Register and attend the Spring Conference.

It’s your responsibility to review the documents – you’ll be voting to approve them. We have a lot to get through and not much time, since we want to enjoy the rest of the conference. Please connect with me for clarification so we can limit debate at the meeting.
